Miniphlebectomy

Miniphlebectomy is the removal of varicose side branches. This is performed through a small incision using a specialized fine venous hook. This procedure is performed under local anesthesia and is completed on an outpatient basis in our practice. 

Miniphlebectomy is often done in combination with other procedures, such as laser ablation or radiofrequency ablation.
